| 摘 要： | 目的：观察自拟清肺醒脑汤治疗肺性脑病的疗效。方法：采用随机分组法，将符合诊断标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组给予常规西药治疗，治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加用自拟清肺醒脑汤口服，7d为1个疗程。结果：治疗组有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有显著性意义。结论：自拟清肺醒脑汤治疗肺性脑病疗效确定。 |

Clinical observation on treating pulmonary encephalopathy with the Qingfei Xingnao decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate effects of the Qingfei Xingnao decoction on pulmonary encephalopathy. Methods：68 patients were randomly divided into control group （34 cases） and observation group （34 cases）. The control was treated with general therapeutic methods, the observation was given the Qingfei Xingnao decoction more, one dose daily. The therapeutic course was 7 days. Results：The total efficacy in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control. Conclusion： The Qingfei Xingnao decoction was effective on pulmonary encephalopathy. |
