摘    要:目的建立考虑个体差异的氨酚曲马多血药浓度人工神经网络预测模型。方法 39名健康志愿者单剂量口服受试制剂2片后,用HPLC法测定给药后不同时刻乙酰氨基酚的血药浓度。结果模型在训练集上的训练误差为1.7484×10-25,在测试集上的均方误差为0.001 3。结论实验结果表明模型对个体血药浓度具有较好的预测能力,对实际数据拟合程度比较理想。

Abstract:Objective To develop artificial neural network prediction model for plasma concentration of paracetamol and tramadol hydrochloride tablets based on individual differences.Methods Thirty nine healthy volunteers took a single dose of two tablets of paracetamol and tramadol hydrochloride.And then plasma concentrations of paracetamol were measured by HPLC at different time points.Results The training error of model on the training set was 1.7484×10-25.The mean square error on the test set was 0.001 3.Conclusion The experimental result showed that the model had an outstanding forecasting ability and good approximation ability to experimental data.
