| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨鞘内注射疗法对系统性红斑狼疮中枢神经系统损害的疗效。方法 :2 4例具有中枢神经系统损害的系统性红斑狼疮住院患者 ,常规治疗无效的情况下 ,鞘内注射甲氨喋呤和地塞米松。结果 :所有病例均不同程度的缓解。结论 :鞘内注射对于狼疮脑病 ,是一种行之有效的方法。 |

Analysis of curative effect and adverse reaction with intrathecal methotrexate and dexamethasone in central nervous system lupus |

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to probe into curative effect of treating CNS lupus with intrathecal methotrexate and dexamethasone Methods:24 inpatients with CNS lupus were treated with intrathecal methotrexate and dexamethasone because routine therapy is no useful.Results:All of the patients were improved obviously by this means.Conclusion:This clinical observation shows that it is an effective method to treat CNS lupus with intrathecal methotrexate and dexamethasone. |
