| 摘 要： | 目的 观察不同分期及病程银屑病患者体内微量元素铜、锌比值的变化。方法 采集 1 2 0例银屑病患者血清 ,火焰法测定患者血清酮、锌含量并计算出其比值。结果 银屑病患者铜、锌比值的失衡与病期无关 ,而随病程变化。结论 银屑病患者血清铜、锌比值的变化可能是一种继发性改变 ,而不是银屑病的可能病因

| Abstract: | Objective Serum levels of copper and zinc and the ratio of copper/zinc were observed in different stage and course of psoriasis.Methods Serum levels of copper and zinc and the ratio of copper/zinc were eleternined in 120 patients with psoriasis by FAAS.Results It is suggested that metabolic imbalance of copper and zinc are present in psoriasis,which is varied with prolongation of curse and not correlated with the stage of this disease.Conclusion The imbalance of copper and zinc is probably a result of the disease process and not a cause in psoriasis. |
