| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨银杏总内酯的提取工艺。方法：采用正交试验法,以提取物中银杏总内酯的提取率为评价指标,考察提取工艺。结果：银杏总内酯的最佳提取条件为6倍量的乙酸乙酯超声提取3次。结论：该方法能充分有效地提取银杏总内酯,可作为提取内酯的优选工艺。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the technology in extraction of ginkgolides. Methods：Experiment was designed by orthogonal design,taking the recovery rate of ginkgolides as the observing indexes to investigate the extraction process. Results：The optimal decocting condition was as follow：adding 6-fold acetic ether and ultrasonic extracting three times. Conclusion：The optimal technique used in our investigation can thoroughly extract the ginkgolides from Ginkgo biloba L.. |
