烧伤创面细菌学调查及药敏分析

摘    要:
目的通过统计以了解我院烧伤患者创面细菌学分布以及耐药性等特点,为治疗方案的制定提供数据指导,并据此提出干预对策,促进创面愈合。方法回顾性分析本院2010年4月~2013年4月510例烧伤患者的临床资料,对烧伤合并感染的创面分泌物阳性培养结果进行病原菌分类及药敏分析。结果共培养出病原菌515株,其中比例最高的是铜绿假单胞菌115株,占22.33%,随之是肺炎杆菌70株,占13.59%,大肠杆菌处于第3位,共60株,占11.65%。细菌对阿米卡星、环丙沙星、亚胺培南和万古霉素等敏感率较高。结论烧伤创面感染应早期介入治疗,定期病原菌检测及药敏试验,为临床治疗提供准确方向。

Abstract:
Objective To learn the characteristics of bacteriology distribution and drug resistance of wounds in the burn patients of our hospital by statistics, to provide data guidance for the establishment of therapeutic schedule, and accordingly put forward some intervention strategy to promote wound healing. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 510 cases burn patients of our hospital during April 2010 to April 2013, analyzed the classification of pathogenic bacteria and drug susceptibility on the positive wound secretion culture of burns complicated by infection. Results A total of 515 strains pathogenic bacteria were produced, including the highest percentage of 115 strains pseudomonas aeruginosa, accounted for 22.33%, followed by 70 strains of klebsiella pneumoniae, accounted for 13.59%, escherichia coli was the third, a total of 60 strains, accounted for 11.65%. Bacteria had higher susceptibility rate to amikacin, ciprofloxacin and imipenem and vancomycin. Conclusion The burn wound infection should have early interventional therapy, have pathogen detection and drug susceptibility test at regular intervals, provide the accurate direction for clinical therapy.
