臀肌挛缩症二次手术分析

目的 分析臀肌挛缩症二次手术产生的原因。方法 378例臀肌挛缩症作回顾性分析，出现并发症的31例，再次手术18例。结果25例经1～5a的随访，23例能完全纠正，2例症状好转。二次手术原因主要为松解不彻底，其次为松解过度等其他原因。结论二次手术前要微详细检查，分析原因，作出手术计划，同时正规的康复治疗能明显提高手术的优良率。

Analyze reasons for secondary operation of gluteus muscles contracture

[Objective] To analyze the reasons for the secondary operation. [Methods] By reviewing and analyzing gluteus muscles contracture 378 patients, 31 complication and 18 secondary operation were found. [Results] After 1 to 5 years medical tracking, 23 patients had been rectified, 2 patients came to better condition. The first reason for the secondary operation was the incomplete laxation, and the second reason is overlaxation. [Conclusions] Detailed inspection, reasons analysis and operation plan must be made before the secondary operation. Meanwhile, the formal healing treatment could obviously improve the operation quality.
