摘    要:
目的识别、评价、控制生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素。方法依据《建设项目职业病危害评价规范》,采用现场调查法、检查表法和检测检验法对该厂的职业病危害因素及防护效果进行评价。结果该厂作业场所主要存在粉尘、毒物、噪声、高温、工频超高压电场等职业病危害因素。副司炉岗位矽尘TWA为1.36mg/m^3超过国家标准,其他岗位职业病有害因素均符合标准要求。结论该厂副司炉岗位需要治理,应采取有效防护措施。

Abstract:
Objective To identify, assess and control the occurrence of occupational risk factors from the production process. Methods According to Assessment Regulation of Occupational Hazard in Construction, the evaluation methods were combined with field investigation, monitoring and checklist. Results The main occupational risk factors in the workplaces were dust, chemical poisons, noise, high temperature and electromagnetic field. TWA of silica dust( 1.36 mg/m^3) in the under- stoker posts exceeded national allowable limits, other risk factors accorded with national standards. Conclusion The dust in the under-stoker posts need to be governed, effective protective measures should be taken.
