摘    要:
目的建立对饮用水中卤代烃快速分析的检测方法。方法应用顶空与气相色谱仪联用,使用ECD检测器、毛细管色谱柱,对生活饮用水中10种卤代烃含量进行同时分析测定。结果10种卤代烃的回收率为90.2%~116.0%,相对标准偏差为1.75%~5.44%,最低检出浓度为0.2~13.0μg/L。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,特别适用于水质的检验分析。

Determination of Halohydrocarbons in Water by Headspace Capillary Gas Chromatography

Abstract:
Objective To develop a method for the determination of halohydrocarbons in water. Methods Headspace capillary gas chromatography with ECD detective was used to simultaneously determine 10 kinds of halohydrocarbons in water. Results The recovery rates were 90. 2% - 116. 0% with the average relative standard deviations 1.75% - 5.44%. The detection limits ranged from 0. 2 μg/L to 13.0 μg/L. Conclusion The method is quick, accurate and reliable.
