摘 要: | 目的识别某大型钢铁厂建设项目职业病危害因素关键控制点。方法按照《工作场所空气中粉尘测定》《工作场所空气中有毒物质监测》中要求,采用类比法和综合分析法,对类比对象进行职业卫生现场检测,收集职业病防治机构日常检测数据进行分析评价。结果钢铁厂建设项目存在的职业病危害因素有粉尘、噪声、高温和多种化学毒物,其中最主要职业病危害因素为粉尘、噪声、高温和CO。部分炼钢、炼铁工人接触的粉尘、噪声和高温超标。粉尘最大超限倍数为6,高炉和转炉前平台噪声强度最高,分别为92.5和94.4dB(A)。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,高炉、转炉、精炼炉是重点防护的关键部位,应从职业病危害产生的关键控制点加强防治。

Abstract: | Objective To identify critical control points in the largescale iron and steel factory , and explore the protective measures and countermeasures. Methods The methods of analogy and comprehensive analysis were applied ,the analogical object was monitored and collected daily examination data to analyze . Results The occupational risk tactors were dust, noise, heat and chemical poisons, the most important factors were dust, noise, heat and carbon monoxide among them. Some concentrations (intensities) of dust , noise and high temperature contacted with the iron and steel workers exceeded the national allowable limits. The biggest excursion limits of the dust was 6. The platforms which were in front of the blast furnace and the converter were measured for the highest noise intensities [92. 5 , 94.4 dB(A) ]. Conclusion The project has serious occupational hazard. The posts including the blast furnace, the converter and the refining furnace are the critical protection points, which preventive measures should be strengthened. |
