| 摘 要： | 目的用HPLC法测定复方氢化可的松栓剂中维生素E（VE）含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱：KromasilC18柱（4．6mm×200mm，5μm）；流动相为甲醇，检测波长为285nm。流速：1．0ml／min；柱温：室温。结果VE浓度在0．30～1．60μg范围与峰面积呈线性关系（r=0．99995）。结论此方法准确、灵敏、快速、简便。

| Abstract: | Objective To use high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method for detecting vitamin E in compound hydrocortisone suppository. Methods HPLC method was applied on the Kromasil C18 column （ 4. 6 mm × 200 mm ,5 μm） at room temperature, the mobile phase was methanol, the detection wavelength was 285 nm, flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results There was a linear relationship between concentration of vitamin E and peak area in the range of 0. 30 - 1.60 μg（ r = 0. 999 95 ）. Conclusion This method is accurate, sensitive , easy to operate. |
