| 摘 要： | 目的了解上海市嘉定区性病门诊患者的性伴告知意愿及其影响因素。方法按照知情同意的原则,由经过统一培训的调查员,采用自行设计的调查问卷对上海市嘉定区5家二级医院2010年6月-8月的性病门诊就诊患者在诊疗结束后做拦截问卷。结果本次共调查就诊者433例,回收有效问卷402份,问卷有效率92.84%。因性伴告知而就诊占6.71%;自诉感染源:17.16%商业性伴,24.63%固定性伴或配偶,11.94%临时性伴;性病知识平均得分为(3.57±1.86)分;认为有必要将病情告知性伴的占80.85%,其中98.22%选择自己告知;单因素和多因素分析显示:就诊过程中获得医务人员提供性伴告知服务、性病知识得分高、自报感染源为非商业性伴的就诊者"性伴告知"的意愿较高。结论多数在性病门诊就诊的患者具有性伴告知意愿,医务人员要利用就诊机会,加强性病知识宣教,强调性伴告知的重要性,同时注意保护患者隐私。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the partner notification and determinants of STD clinic attendants in Jiading District. Method A questionnaire interview of STD clinic attendants in 5 second-level hospitals of Jiading from June to August in 2010, after diagnosis and treatment, upon informed consent was administered by trained public health workers.
