| 摘 要： | 患者男,19岁。躯干部出现粟粒大暗红色皮疹10年余。病理检查示:角化过度,真皮乳头增宽,乳头内可见高度扩张的管腔,管壁为单层内皮细胞,管腔中大量红细胞。诊断:弥漫性躯体血管角皮瘤。 |

| Abstract: | The case involved a 19-year-old man who had developed garnet tetter for ten years on the trunk.Histopathological examination of the specimen biopsy revealed hyperkeratosis,widening dermal papilla and a high degree of expansion of the vessel in the papillary layer,whose wall was built up by a single layer of endothelial cells and a lot of red blood cells could be seen in the vessel.The diagnosis was angiokeratoma corporis diffusum. |
