扬州市地下公共场所环境卫生质量及其对从业人员健康影响

摘    要:了解扬州市地下公共场所环境质量及其对从业人员健康影响。「方法」对市区13个地下公共场所进行环境监测,并对254名从业人员进行健康状况调查。「结果」地下公共场所相对湿度、二氧化碳浓度、细菌总数、可吸入尘浓度均显著高于地下公共场所,而照度显著低于地面公共场所。

Abstract:Objective]To explore the environmental sanitary quality of underground public place and its effects on employees' health [Methods]An environmental monitoring on 13 underground public places in urban district of Yangzhou and a health investigation among 254 employees were carried out [Results]The values of relative humidity,the concentrations of carbon dioxide,the total count of becteria,the concentrations of inhalable particulates in underground public places were higher than those in ground public places The levels of illumination in undergrcund public places were lower than those in ground public places The positive rates of headache,chest distress and other symptoms and signs among employees in underground public places were higher than those in ground public places,and presented a tendecy that those positive rates increased with the increase of age and the length of service [Conclusion]Underground working environment had a certain damage to the health of employees
