蚋类昆虫引起叮咬性皮炎的调查研究

摘    要:目的为弄清海训部队发生群体性皮炎情况,并做好防治。方法在现场采用个案随机调查及走访当地防疫部门,查阅相关文献,逐一分析并采取防治措施。结果发现海训部队开训近一周后就发生皮炎,随机调查64名官兵,出疹率为96.9%(62/64)。尤以双下肢暴露部位皮肤出现红点、丘疹、水疱样皮疹;其原因为蚋类昆虫叮咬引起。因海训场存在成群结队的蚋类昆虫,从早上6:00一直到黄昏都有叮咬活动,其活动高峰为上午7:00—9:00时,平均密度为28只/人工小时;下午4:00~6:00,平均密度为56只/人工小时。经现场处理后蚋密度下降,皮疹病人逐渐减少,说明防治有效。结论蚋类昆虫引起群体性皮炎应引起重视。

Abstract:Objective In order to make clear for factors of biting dermatitis and carry on control of dermatitis in officers and soldiers of army unit in training-sea. Methods Random investigation was made in individual survey. Results The rashes of officers and soldiers in training-sea were found after training for one week. Among random investigation on 64 persons, 62 patients of dermatitis were detected because of biting by blackflies. The dermatitis rate was 96. 9% (62/64). The shape of rash was red note or papule and herpe, the distribution was below neck in which was exposed. There were many blackflies in the training-sea field. Its biting action was from 6:00 in morning to 19:00 in evening and high period was 7:00 - 9:00 in the morning and 16:00 - 18:00 in afternoon. The day average population density was 28 pieces per hour and 56 pieces per hour respectively. All-around control countermeasure such as preventive and destroying blackflies and treating patients should be carried on to decrease the population density of blackfly and morbidity of dermatitis after the treatment. It was demonstrated that control proved to be effective. Conclusion A massive dermatitis caused by the blackfly should be noticed.
