瞬时弹性成像在肝纤维化无创性诊断中的应用

肝组织活检是目前肝纤维化疾病诊断的金指标,但具有局限性。近年来,无创性诊断方法的确立已成为国内外学者关注的热点。目前临床常用多种血清纤维化指标进行肝纤维化的评价,但其敏感性和特异性尚无法令人满意。国外研制出瞬时弹性测定的方法用于肝纤维化评估,此文对FibroScan在肝纤维化无创性诊断的研究进展进行综述。

FibroScan for the non-invasive diagnosis of liver fibrosis

Liver biopsy,an invasive procedure,is considered to be the diagnostic gold standard for liver fibrosis at present.However,the accuracy of liver biopsy is limited due to sampling errors and many other conditions.Non-invasive methods for the assessment of liver fibrosis have been the worldwide hotspot in many studies.Up to now,there are many biochemical markers have been used for the assessment of liver fibrosis,but the sensitivity and specificity of this method seem to be less satisfactory.Transient elastography is a new technology to assess the stiffness of liver tissue.It is also a promising technology,large multi-centre trials comparing a range of emerging non-invasive fibrosis staging technologies are required.
