初诊2型糖尿病不同治疗方案下疗效对比研究

目的：明确基础胰岛素联合口服药和预混胰岛素分别对糖尿病的治疗效果，为缓解糖尿病患者病患提供保障；方法：依据相应的筛选标准选取40例糖尿病患者，将其随机分为基础组和预混组，每组分别20例，分别给予两组不同治疗方式；结果：两组在经过治疗后，FBG水平均明显下降，但是基础下降幅度大于预混组（P〈0．01）。糖化血红蛋白均明显下降，但是基础下降幅度大于预混组（P〉0．05）。结论：使用基础胰岛素联合口服药或者预混胰岛素治疗初诊2型糖尿病都具有良好的效果，但是前者具有更好的治疗效果，尤其是在空腹血糖控制方面。
