CT引导下经皮肺穿刺在肺外周病灶中的临床应用

目的：探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术在肺外周病灶的临床应用。方法：分析60例肺外周病灶经CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检检查进行诊断的资料。采用18～20G的肺旋转切割活检针，选择最佳穿刺层面及穿刺点获取标本。结果：60例肺穿刺活检患者中，病理检查证实为原发性肺癌者48例，结核6例，炎症3例，未能作出明确诊断者3例，诊断准确率为95．0％。术后仅2例发生气胸和2例发生咯血，均不需治疗。结论：CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检为肺外周病灶的明确诊断提供一种安全有效的检查方法，有较高的临床应用价值。【

Clinical application of lung biopsy by CT-guided percutaneous paracentesis in peripheral pulm onary lesions

Obj ective To explore the Clinical application of lung biopsy by CT -guided per cutaneous paracentesis in peripheral pulmonary lesion. Methods To analysize diagnosis materials of 60 patients with peripheral pulmonary lesions underwent lung biopsy by CT -guided per cutaneous paracentesis. Results 48 of them were confirmedby pathological examination to suffer from primary pulmonary malignant tumor, 6 from tuberculosis and 3 from inflammation .No definite diagnosis was made in 3 patients, the diagnosis r ate w as 95.0%. After operation, minor pneumothorax occurred in 2 cases（3.33%） and hemoptysis in 2cases（ 3.33% ）, however, they didn＇t need any treatment. Conclusions Lungbiopsy by CT -g uided percutaneous paracentesis is a safe and pract ical technique.
