目的：探讨社区接触性皮炎的治疗和干预情况。方法：回顾性分析应人石社区健康服务中心对目标工厂工人进行的治疗和干预情况。结果：通过干预，参加岗前培训的工人增加了12％，对职业健康卫生知识及生产安全防护知识知晓率增加了10％，接触性皮炎的发病几率降低了0．8％。结论：良好的干预，不仅可以提高工人的自我防护意识，还可以提高工人对职业健康卫生知识及生产安全防护知识知晓率，降低接触性皮炎的发病几率。

The treatment and intervention of contact dermatitis in community

Objective： to investigate the treatment and intervention of contact dermatitis in a community. Approach： to retrospectively analyze the treatment and intervention to the target workers by Yingrenshi Community Health Service Center;Findings： through the intervention by the Health Service Center, the workers who participate pre-post training increases by 12%; 10% more workers have awareness and knowledge about health, production safety and self-protectian.; incidence rate of contact dermatitis decreases by 0.8%; Conclusion： good intervention not only can deepen the self-protection awareness of the workers, and raise workers＇ knowledge on the occupational health, production safety and self-protection, but also can lower the incidence rate of contact dermatitis as well.
