| 摘 要： | 探讨护理干预对阿尔茨海默病患者跌倒的影响。对126例阿尔茨海默病患者进行跌倒评估,区别出高、中、低危群体并进行干预,提高患者对预防跌倒的认知水平;同时加强对易致跌倒环节的控制,改善住院防跌倒环境,给予运动指导、肌肉训练等措施,可有效预防和减少阿尔茨海默病患者的跌倒。 |

Effect of Nursing Interventions on Accidental Falls in Patients with Alzheimer Disease |

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the methods and effect of nursing interventions on accidental falls in patients with mental disorders. The high risk patients were detected by fall risk assessment among 126 patients, with Alzheimer disease. Nursing interventions were implemented such as health education to enhance the patient＇s awareness of fall prevention, strengthening the quality of control of key links, improving hospital environment and exercise guidance. These measures effectively reduced the incidence of accidence falls among patients with Alzheimer disease. |
