| 重症急性胰腺炎的急救及护理分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨重症急性胰腺炎患者的急救及临床护理方法。方法：选取2008年10月-2012年10月笔者所在医院收治的22例重症急性胰腺炎患者，将22例随机分为两组，每组11例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予急救及综合护理，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：观察组白细胞、腹腔积液、尿淀粉酶、腹痛腹胀及血淀粉酶水平恢复时间均少于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：对重症急性胰腺炎患者给予急救及综合护理，可取得理想的护理效果，值得在护理实践中推广使用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis patients and clinical nursing method.Method： The control group was given routine nursing care, while the control group was given first aid and nursing, nursing effects were compared between two groups.Result： The observation group of white blood cells, ascites, abdominal pain and distension, urine amylase and serum amylase level recovery time were less than the control group, statistically significant differences between the two groups （ P〈O.05 ） .Conclusion： To give emergency treatment and comprehensive care of patients with severe acute pancreatitis, nursing effect can be achieved ideal, is worthy to be popularized in nursing practice. |
