妈富隆与妇康片治疗围绝经期功血的疗效比较

目的：探讨妈富隆与妇康片治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果。方法：选取2010年1月-2012年12月门诊收治的围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者共58例，随机分为实验组和对照组，其中实验组采用妈富隆治疗，而对照组采用妇康片治疗。结果：实验组患者的总有效率达96．55％，对照组患者的总有效率为86．20％，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05），实验组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论：妈富隆可有效治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血，值得临床推广。

Comparison of Effect of Marvelon and Norlutin on Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding in Peri-menopausal Period

Objective： To learn the clinical effect of marvelon and norlutin on dysfunctional uterine bleeding in peri-menopausal period. Method： There were 58 patients of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in peri-menopausal period from Jan 2010 to CAL 2012 in our hospital, and they were divided into two groups. The experiment group used marvelon while the control group used norlutin.Result： The total effective rate of experiment group was 96.55% while the total effective rate of control group was 86.20%. The diverse of total effective rate of the two groups had significance （ P〈0.05 ） . The clinic effect of the experiment group was better than the control group. Conclusion： Patients of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in peri-menopansal period can be effectivelv treated with marvelon, which is worth using widely in clinic.
