护理干预对肺癌全肺切除术后并发症的影响

目的：分析对肺癌全肺切除术后并发症患者进行护理干预的效果。方法：选择100例进行肺癌全肺切除术患者,将其随机分成两组,进行区别性的护理方式,然后观察两组患者的护理效果如何。结果：对照组有15例发生了并发症,观察组有4例出现了并发症,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对于进行肺癌全肺切除术患者进行护理干预的效果很好,可以明显减少术后并发症的发生率,帮助患者尽快康复,值得在临床上推广应用。

Nursing Intervention Pneumonectomy for Lung Cancer after the Influence of Complications

Objective： To analyse pneumonectomy for lung cancer patients with complicatians after the effect of nursing intervention to.Method： A total of 100 patients with lung cancer in pneumoncctomy patients were divided into two groups at random, distinctive nursing mode, and then observed two groups of patients care how it works.Result： The control group had 15 cases happened complications, the observation group had 4 cases appeared complications, there was statistical significance in the two groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Pneumonectomy for lung cancer patients with nursing intervention effect is very good, it can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and help patients as soon as possible, worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
