聚丙烯补片在跟腱闭合完全撕裂性断裂治疗中的临床研究

目的：研究聚丙烯补片在跟腱闭合完全撕裂性断裂中的治疗及预后，减少跟腱再次断裂。方法：术中应用“夹心饼法”修复跟腱断裂处：聚丙烯补片置入跟腱断裂两端中央并缝合固定，术后应用过膝位夹板外固定2周，2周后进行踝关节主、被动功能锻炼，并对随访结果进行回顾和分析。结果：所有病例随访2—7年，缝合跟腱处皮肤均愈合良好，置入聚丙烯补片未出现异物反应，患者均能进行正常体育活动，5例患者继续进行原来剧烈的篮球、羽毛球比赛体育活动，未再发生跟腱再次断裂。按Amer-Lindholm疗效标准进行评定，优11例，良1例，差0例。结论：应用聚丙烯补片可以明显促进跟腱撕裂性断裂处愈合，防止再次断裂，而且可以缩短患者制动时间，可以尽早行功能锻炼，操作简单。

Clinical Research of Polypropylene Patch in Treating Tearing Rupture of the Closed Achilles Tendon

Objective： To study the effect and prognosis of polypropylene patch in treating tearing rupture of closed Achilles tendon, and reduce the Achilles tendon rupture again. Method： In the operation, the broken Achilles tendon was repaired by ＂Cream method＂, Polypropylene patch was placed at Achilles tendon rupture ends the central, and was suture fixed. After the operation, the knees a splint fixed was used 2 weeks. Two weeks later, Ankle active, passive function were exercised. Follow-up results, review analysis.Result： All cases were got 2 to 7 years of follow-up, suture in the Achilles tendon healing skin were good, In polypropylene patch, the patient had no appear foreign body reaction, all can normal sports activities. 5 patients were able to original severe basketball, badminton sports, not happened again Achilles tendon rupture. According to the Amer - Lindholm curative effect evaluation standard, 11 cases were optimal, 1 case was good .Conclusion： Using polypropylene patch can obviously promote the healing of Achilles tendon tearing rupture, and prevent rupture again. It also can shorten patients＇ braking time. Patients can do functional exercise as soon as possible. The operation is simple.
