深圳4452例妇女常见病及宫颈HPV感染情况调查分析

目的：分析深圳坪山居民妇科疾病的种类及患病率，了解本地区妇女生殖健康、妇科疾病发病情况及变化趋势和宫颈HPV情况。方法：在2011-2012年深圳市坪山街道范围内对4452例本地居民妇女进行疾病普查，包括常规妇科体检、乳腺检查、阴道分泌物检查、妇科B超、子宫颈脱落细胞液基细胞学检查及HPV检查，对工作报表数据进行对比分析。结果：妇科病总的患病率2年来呈下降趋势，患病率分别为66．00％及47．90％；2011妇科病常见疾病前5位分别是：乳腺包块、阴道炎、子宫肌瘤、宫颈肥大、宫颈炎；2012年前5位分别是：阴道炎、宫颈炎、乳腺包块、宫颈肥大、盆腔炎症。其中乳腺包块、子宫肌瘤患病率2年来呈下降趋势，而阴道炎、宫颈炎疾病患病率较上一年有上升趋势，宫颈HPV感染率分别为15．28％。结论：妇科普查降低了乳腺包块及子宫肌瘤等常见病的患病率；而宫颈炎、阴道炎生殖道感染患病率高，HPV感染率以高危型HPV感染为主，仍然是本地区当前妇女病防治工作的重点。

Result： Downward trend in women overall prevalence of two years, the prevalence rate of 66.00% and 47.90%.2011 common diseases of women, the top five are： breast mass, vaginitis, uterine fibroids, cervical hypertrophy, cervicitis, 2012 the top five are the common diseases of women： the breast mass vaginitis, cervicitis, cervical hypertrophy, pelvic inflammatory disease. a downward trend in the prevalence of uterine fibroids and breast mass in two years; while vaginitis, cervicitis disease prevalence over the previous year, an upward trend.Cervical HPV infection rate was 15.28%.Conclusion： Gynecological screening to reduce the prevalence of common diseases （ breast mass and uterine fibroids ） ; the Pingshan street women＇s reproductive tract （ cervicitis, vaginitis ） higher infection rate, The types of HPV infection as the main high-risk HPV types, Reproductive tract infections is still the focus of the regional women＇ s disease prevention and control work.
