腰椎间盘突出症患者牵引体位的探讨

目的探讨牵引体位对腰椎间盘突出症患者康复的影响.方法将402例行腰椎牵引的腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组(206例)和对照组(196例),两组均采用伊藤TM-300牵引系统进行牵引治疗.观察组按患者就诊时的症状、体征及影像学结果,根据腰椎生理曲度改变情况选择合适的牵引体位.对照组根据患者承受能力选择体位.结果牵引后观察组总有效率为92.2%,显著高于对照组(P＜0.01),疼痛评分显著低于对照组(均P＜0.01).结论根据患者腰椎生理曲度改变情况选择合适的牵引体位,优化物理治疗方法,可提高治疗效果.

Traction Positions for the Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective To examine the effect of positions for traction on the recovery of the patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods Four hundred and two patients with LDH were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n=206) and control group (n=196). The patients of the two groups were treated by the TM-300 traction system. In the observation group, the patients were asked to assume different body positions according to the symptoms, signs and the results of imaging examination at presentation and the physiological curvature of the lumbar vertebra. In the control group, the patients were asked to take position as they felt comfortable. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.2%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P< 0.01) and the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the controls (P<0.01 for all). Conclusion Using the right positions for traction for LDH patients can improve the effect of the treatment.
