| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨树突状细胞(DC)在小儿过敏性紫癜(HSP)发病中的可能作用及机制.方法 采取33例HSP患儿和正常对照组儿童的外周血,根据Thoma's法,采用粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子、白细胞介素4和肿瘤坏死因子-α联合培养诱导DC细胞,检测DC分泌白细胞介素10的水平.结果 HSP患儿外周血DC分泌IL-10的水平明显低于对照组(t=17.655,P<0.01).结论 DC可能通过诱导辅助性T细胞1/2分化在小儿HSP发病中起重要作用,其可能的机制系通过DC细胞分泌的细胞因子而起作用. |
