Abstract: | Abstract: Intraspinal clonidine is an effective adjunct to intrathecal/epidural opioid administration. We report a case of neuropathic pain treated with intraspinal analgesics in which depression, insomnia, and night terrors developed in association with intraspinal clonidine. |
