| 摘 要： | 数据分析显示,医疗费用“总量控制、结构调整”政策实施后引发医院相应行为变化,与意向调查呈现一致的结果,即表现为年底“休克控费”和“追足总量”现象。

| Abstract: | The data analysis based on average medical expenditure per visit affirms the problem that repercussion of shock of controlling expenditure" and "complement of global budget" were adopted in hospitals by the implementation of the "Global Budget and Structure Adjustment in Medical Expenditure"Polity. |
