关节镜下治疗膝关节盘状半月板损伤28例疗效分析

目的:探讨膝关节盘状半月板损伤的临床特点及关节镜下治疗效果。方法:关节镜下治疗膝关节盘状半月板损伤28例,其中行部分切除成形术16例,次全切除术9例,全切除术3例。采用Ikeuchi膝关节评分系统评估手术疗效。结果:术后随访3～24个月,优18例,良7例,可3例,优良率89.3%,无并发症发生。结论:关节镜治疗膝关节盘状半月板损伤具有损伤小、恢复快、疗效确切等优点,是目前盘状半月板损伤的理想治疗方法;早发现、早诊断、早治疗,并尽可能保留6～8 mm具有良好稳定性的健康半月板组织是治疗的关键。

The effectiveness of the knee jiont meniscus injury treatment with arthroscope

Objective:To study the character of the discoid meniscus injury and the effectiveness of arthroscope treatment.Methods:Twenty-eight cases with discoid meniscus injury were treated with the arthroscope,including 16 cases with partial resection,9 cases with subtotalresection and 3 cases with resection.The effectiveness was evaluated by using Ikeuchi points scoring system.Results:The patients were followed from 3 to 24 months.Eighteen cases were excellent,7 cases were good and 3 cases were general.Good rate was 89.2% and all cases had no complications.Conclusions:Owing to high-accuracy,small operators trauma,joint function quick recovery and fewer complications,the approach of discoid meniscal injury treated with arthroscopic is an ideal treatment way.Early detection,early diagnosis,early treatment,and keeping 6-8 mm healthy discoid meniscus tissue is the key of treatment discoid meniscus injury with arthroscope.
