糖尿病患者腹部外科手术的围术期护理干预效果观察

目的 探讨糖尿病患者腹部外科手术的围术期进行护理干预.方法 对该院2009年12月～2010年12月50 例行腹部外科手术合并糖尿病患者实施围术期护理干预,另随机抽取50例无糖尿病腹部外科手术病人为对照组.结果 术后并发症如切口感染、肺部感染、泌尿系感染、住院时间,腹部外科手术患者糖尿病组和血糖正常组无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论 腹部外科手术患者合并糖尿病病人在围术期给予综合降糖治疗和正确的围术期护理干预,其术后并发症及病死症发生、住院时间与无糖尿病腹部外科手术相比无明显差异,能平稳度过围术期.

Abdominal surgery perioperative nursing intervention for diabetes patients

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the patients with diabetes at preoperative and postoperative period undergoing abdominal surgery.Methods 50 patients undergoing abdominal surgery with diabetes from December 2009 to December 2010 under control of nursing intervention at our hospital and 50 patients without diabetes undergoing abdominal surgery were included in the study.Results Compared with controls,there were no differences in postoperative complications such as incision infection,pulmonary infection,urinary infection,hospital stay,and mortality（P0.05）.Conclusion Using blood glucose control and nursing intervention to maintain blood glucose in the normal range in patients with diabetes undergoing abdominal surgery at preoperative and postoperative period,the postoperative complications and mortality were the same as the patients without diabetes mellitus undergoing abdominal surgery.The patients with diabetes undergoing abdominal surgery can have a good prognosis as the patients without diabetes.
