妊娠高血压疾病患者IGF-1与脂代谢相关性分析

目的:分析妊娠高血压疾病患者血清IGF-1水平及其与血脂代谢的相关性。方法:选择40例妊娠高血压疾病患者(轻度及重度子痫前期患者各20名)与20例正常孕晚期孕妇(22~35岁),检测IGF-1及血脂水平,包括血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-CH)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-CH)等,同时分析血清IGF-1水平与血脂各项指标的相关性。结果:妊娠高血压疾病患者血清IGF-1水平较正常孕妇低;而其血脂(包括TC、TG、LDL-CH)水平较正常孕妇增高;妊娠高血压疾病患者IGF-1降低的同时伴有TC、TG、LDL-CH的升高,呈负相关,而与HDL-CH无相关性。结论:妊娠高血压疾病患者存在胰岛素抵抗,IGF-1与脂类代谢有相关性。

The Analysis of Correlation Between Insulin - like Growth Factor - 1 ( IGF - 1 ) and Lipid Metabolism in Patients with Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy

Objective:To analysis the correlation between serum IGF-1 level and lipid metabolism in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP).Methods:Serum level of IGF-1,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-CH) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-CH) in 40 cases of pre-eclampsia(20 cases of mild and 20 cases severe) were detected,and were compared with that in 20 cases of normal late gestational women(22-35 years old).Meanwhile,the correlation of IGF-1 and other indexes were also analyzed.Results:The serum level of IGF-1 in patients with pre-eclampsia is significant lower than that in the normal pregnant women,while the lipid level in patients of pre-eclampisa are much higher than that in control group,indicating that there was a negative correlation between serum concentration of IGF-1 and lipid level(exclude LDL-CH) in the patients with HDCP.Conclusion:Insulin resistance exists in the patients with HDCP,and there is correlation between IGF-1 level and lipid metabolism.
