武汉市2012年药品不良反应报告分析

目的：分析武汉市2012年药品不良反应（ADR）的特点及规律,加强药品不良反应分析评价工作,促进临床安全合理用药.方法：对武汉市2012年16个区自愿上报的8 650例ADR报告进行分类统计和分析.结果：8 650例报告中,41～60岁年龄段构成比最大,占31.82％;引起ADR的途径主要为静脉滴注给药,占73.61％;引起ADR的药物以抗感染药为主,占53.77％,其次是中成药,占9.85％;ADR表现以皮肤及其附件损害最为常见,占25.73％.新的、严重的ADR报告887例,占10.25％.结论：应加强对生产和经营企业的ADR上报和监测工作;重视抗感染药引起的过敏性休克等严重ADR;加强对头孢菌素类和中药注射剂的安全性研究和ADR的跟踪监测工作.

Analysis of Reports of Adverse Drug Reactions in Wuhan,Hubei Province 2012

Objective：To analyze the characteristics and regularities of the adverse drug reactions （ADR） and to monitor the levels of ADR in 2012 in Wuhan, for improving the rational use of drug in clinic. Methods： A total of 8650 cases of ADR reports collected from sixteen administrative areas of Wuhan in 2012 were statistically classified and analyzed. Results：The ADR were predominantly in population ranging from 41 to 60 in age （31. 82%）. The main cause of ADR originated from intravenous administration （73. 61 %）. About 53.770% of the ADR cases are mainly caused by using antimicrobial drugs, followed by Chinese patent drug using （9. 85%）. Damaging the skin and its appendages is the main lesion in ADRcases （25.73%）. New and serious ADR reports is about 10. 25 %. Conclusion：Strengthen monitoring medicine using in elderly patients, ADR monitoring and reporting in medicine production and business enterprises, and the study on the safety of cephalosporins and traditional Chinese medicine injection. ADR tracking and monitoring should be further strengthened.
