奋乃静与喹硫平对精神分裂症认知与社会功能的影响

目的探讨奋乃静与喹硫平对精神分裂症患者认知与社会功能的影响。方法选择2007年4月至2011年3月在广西壮族自治区人民医院精神科住院的72例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,奋乃静组35例,给予奋乃静治疗;喹硫平组37例,给予喹硫平治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、数字广度测验(DS)、语词流畅性测验(VF)、连线试验A(TMT-A)、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)及个人和社会功能量表(PSP)的评分。结果治疗前,两组精神分裂症患者的PANSS、DS、VF、TMT-A、Cc、Rpe、PSP的评分比较,均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,奋乃静组患者PANSS评分较治疗前显著降低、PSP评分显著升高(P<0.05),喹硫平组患者的PANSS、DS、VF、TMT-A、Cc、Rpe、PSP评分较治疗前及较奋乃静组治疗后的各项指标均显著改善(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喹硫平可改善精神分裂症患者认知功能与社会功能。

Effect of Perphenazine and Quetiapine on Cognitive and Social Function of Schizophrenia Patients

Objective To explore the effect of perphenazine and quetiapine on the cognitive and social function of schizophrenia patients.Methods Total of 72 inpatients with schizophrenia from the Psychiatry Department of People＇s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region during Apr.2007 and Mar.2011 were randomly divided into perphenazine group（35 cases） and quetiapine group（37 patients）,both were treated for 8 weeks.Positive and negative symptom scale（PANSS）,digital span test（DS）,verbal fluency test （VF）,trail making test A（TMT-A）,Wisconsin card sorting test（WCST） and personal and social functioning scale（PSP） were assessed before and after treatment,respectively.Results There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups on PANSS,DS,VF,TMT-A,Cc,Rpe,PSP before treatment（P ＞0.05）.The PANSS total scores of perphenazine group were decreased after treatment,and the PSP scores were increased（P ＜ 0.05）.The scores of PANSS,DS,VF,TMT-A,Cc,Rpe,PSP of quetiapine group after treatment were significantly improved than before treatment and that of perphenazine group （P ＜ 0.05）.The adverse reactions of the two groups had no statistically significant difference（P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion Quetiapine can improve cognitive function and social function of schizophrenia patients.
