| 摘 要： | 掌跖脓疱病是一种慢性脓疱性皮肤病,发病局限于掌跖,其临床特点为反复发作的对称性红斑、鳞屑以及无菌性小脓疱.近年来,关于掌跖脓疱病致病因素及发病机制的研究越来越多,就掌跖脓疱病的致病因素与发病机制进行综述,旨在为掌跖脓疱病患者的诊治提供帮助.

| Abstract: | Objective： Pustulosis palmaris et plantaris （PPP） is a chronic recurrent pustular dermatosis characterized by symmetri- cal, erythematous, scaly plaques with numerous, sterile non-bacterial, pinpoint pustules that are restricted to the palms and soles. In recent years,more and more studies are performed to clarify the pathogenic factors and pathogenesis of PPP. This review focus on the pathogenic factors and pathogenesis of PPP,aiming at improving the diagnosis and treatment for patients. |
