颈椎前路单椎体次全切梯形钛网植入的生物力学研究

摘    要:目的测试梯形钛网植入后植骨界面的生物力学性能,为临床颈椎前路单椎体次全切术中应用梯形钛网提供依据。方法骨密度无差异的12具颈椎标本,术前拍摄颈椎侧位X线片作为空白对照组(C组),随机分为直形钛网组(B组)和梯形钛网组(A组)各6具,测量颈椎弧度、椎间角度、椎间高度、手术间隙缩窄1mm的最大载荷、刚度。结果颈椎前凸弧度和手术节段椎间角度在A组与B、C组比较有统计学差异(P〈0.01),B、C组间亦有统计学差异(P〈0.05);手术节段椎间高度在A、B组与C组比较有统计学差异(P〈0.01)。A、B组手术间隙缩窄1mm的最大载荷及刚度比较有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论经修剪成梯形的钛网不但更适配椎间隙前高后低的形态特征,更具备良好的生物力学性能。
