依帕司他联合盐酸丁咯地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效

目的：观察醛糖还原酶抑制剂依帕司他联合血管活性药物盐酸丁咯地尔对糖尿病周围神经病变（diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN）的临床疗效。方法：采用随机临床对照试验的方法,将80例DPN患者分为两组：治疗组（n=40,醛糖还原酶抑制剂联合盐酸丁咯地尔治疗）,对照组（n=40,盐酸丁咯地尔治疗）,疗程4周,观察分析两组治疗前、后临床疗效及对正中神经及腓总神经传导速度的影响。结果：治疗组显效21例,有效12例,总有效率为82.50%,对照组显效13例,有效11例,总有效率为60.00%,两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后的正中神经、腓总神经的传导速度均较治疗前有显著改善（P〈0.05）,但治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,且治疗过程中未发现有明显不良反应。结论：醛糖还原酶抑制剂联合盐酸丁咯地尔对DPN的疗效优于单用盐酸丁咯地尔。

Combined treatment with buflomedil and hydrochloride epalrestat for diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective:To observed the clinic effect of combined treatment with an aldose reductase inhibitor,buflomedil,and a vasoactive drug,hydrochloride epalrestat on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods: Randomly divided 80 DNP cases into treatment group with combined treatment of buflomedil and hydrochloride epalrestat (n=40) and control group with hydrochloride epalrestat(n=40) with therapeutic course as 4 weeks. Observed clinic effect and the effect on median nerve and common peroneal nerve.Results: 21 cases showed remarkable effect and 12 cases showed effect with total efficacy as 82.50% in treatment group;while 13 cases showed remarkable effect and 11 cases showed effect with total efficacy as 60.00% in control group. The difference was significant (P<0.05). The transmision status of median nerve and common peroneal nerve were improved significant after treatment in both groups (P<0.05),and the improvement in treatment group was more satisfactory (P<0.05) without side effect. Conclusion: Combined treatment of buflomedil and hydrochloride epalrestat is more effective than single treatment of hydrochloride epalrestat.
