| 摘 要： | 目的评价左氧氟沙星联合抗结核方案治疗菌阳矽肺肺结核的疗效。方法82例菌阳矽肺肺结核患者随机分为两组。对照组40例，抗结核治疗；治疗组42例，在抗结核治疗基础上联合左氧氟沙星。两组患者疗程均为6个月。结果治疗组痰菌阴转率高于对照组，疗效显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组均无明显不良反应。结论左氧氟沙星联合抗结核方案治疗菌阳矽肺肺结核疗效好，安全性高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate effect of levofloxacin combined with anti-TB treatment on silicosis-tuberculosis(silicosis-TB).Methods All 82 cases of silicosis-TB were randomly divided into control group(40) received anti-TB treatment,and treatment group(42) received levofloxacin based on control group with 6 months in a course.Results The sputum conversion rate and the rate of effective in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions of bo... |
