胰高血糖素样肽1的研究

胰高血糖素样肽1(GLP-1)是由肠道内分泌L细胞分泌的一种十分重要的肠促胰岛素,其在体内的主要生理学作用包括进食后刺激胰岛素的分泌和释放,促进胰腺β细胞的增殖并抑制其凋亡,抑制胰高血糖素的分泌,抑制胃的排空,促进饱食感产生等。GLP-1的受体分布十分广泛,除了胰腺组织外,还分布于脑、肺、心脏、肾脏等,其分布的广泛性也决定其作用的广泛性。近年来,人们对GLP-1的研究发现其对心脏具有保护作用,加强这方面的研究可能会为临床上糖尿病及心脏疾病的治疗带来新的希望。

GLP-1 is an important incretin secreted by intestinal L cells,of which the main physiological effects are stimulating the secretion and releasing of insulin after eating,promoting the proliferation ofβ-cell in pancreas while inhibiting its apoptosis,inhibiting the secretion of hyperglycosemia,inhibiting gastric evacuation,improving the feeling of overeating and so on.The distribution of GLP-1 receptor is wide,including brain,lung,heart,kidney besides pancreas,its catholicity in distribution results in the caotholicity in effects.Recent studies showed that GLP-1 had protective effect on heart,strengthening the effects in this aspect will bring hope in the treatment of diabetes and heart diseases in clinic.
