装修居室空气中甲醛污染状况及其对健康的危害

目的 探讨装修居室空气中甲醛污染状况及其危害。方法 通过现况调查，研究装饰后不同时间室内空气中甲醛的污染水平和居留者的反应。结果 装饰3月的室内空气甲醛平均含量为0．190mg／m^3，1～2年为0．011mg／m^3，仍高于未经装修的房间。有装修的公共场所室内空气甲醛合格率仪23．5％-48．0％。装修3个月内45％的居住者有眼部刺激症状，1—2年内仍有19．7％有眼部刺激症状．高于无装修房间内的对照人群。结论 装修居室空气中甲醛污染严重，并对人群的健康危害较大，应加强该方面的调查研究，并加快装饰材料立法和标准的制定。

Formaldehyded Pollution of Indoor Air in the Decorative Rooms and Its Adverse Effect on Health

Objective To reveal formaldehyde pollution of indoor air in the decorative rooms and its adverse effect on health. Methods The formaldehyde level in indoor air was detected and its adverse effect was examined using cross - section investigation. Results The results showed that the mean concentrations of formaldehyde in indoor air was 0. 190 mg/m^3 during three months and 0.091 mg/m^3 during 1 - 2 years after decoration, they were higher than those in non-decorated rooms. The qualified rates of formaldehyde concentration in decorated public places were 23.5 % - 48.0%. The occurrence rates of eye irritation in the residents in decorated rooms was 45 % within three months, and 19.7 % during 1 - 2 years. They were significandy higher than those of residents in non - decorated rooms. Conclusion The formaldehyde pollution of indoor air in the decorative rooms have harmful effects on the health of residents. More studies should be operated in this field. Standard and legislation on decorative materials should be strengthened.
