高危前列腺增生患者经尿道前列腺等离子切除术优质护理分析

目的:探讨围手术期全程优质护理服务对高危前列腺增生经尿道等离子切除术患者的影响。方法:选取30例高危前列腺增生患者为观察组,实施围手术期全程优质护理,另取30例高危前列腺增生相同手术方式患者为对照组,接受一般护理。观察并比较两组术后并发症发生情况及患者满意度情况。结果:两组患者并发症发生情况,患者及家属满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期全程优质护理能有效减少术后并发症、减轻患者疼痛,提高患者满意度。

High risk patients with prostatic hyperplasia transurethral resection of the prostate plasma high quality nursing analysis

Objective：To investigate the perioperative nursing service quality in high-risk prostatic hyperplasia transurethral resection of the influence of the patients with plasma.Methods：Select 30 cases with high risk patients with prostatic hyperplasia to observe group,the implementation of perioperative nursing quality,another take 30 cases with high risk patients with prostatic hyperplasia the same operation method for control group,accept general nursing.Observed and compared between the two groups to the postoperative complications and the degree of satisfaction of patients situation.Results：Two groups of patients with complications,the patient and family satisfaction comparative differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions：The perioperative nursing quality can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications patients and reduce the pain,improve patient satisfaction.
