| 摘 要： | 1995-2004年,应用外固定架治疗四肢骨折170例,本文就其并发症及相关问题予以探讨。1临床资料本组170例,男136例,女34例;年龄15~72岁。车祸伤102例,砸压伤54例,跌伤8例,撞击伤6例。开放性骨折72例,闭合性骨折98例。骨折部位:胫腓骨130例,肱骨干20例,股骨干14例,转子区6例。横断形骨折23例,斜形或螺旋形41例,粉碎性106例。合并伤:创伤失血性休克9例,脑外伤16例,胸腹部脏器损伤6例,其他部位骨折25例。2治疗方法早期对个别闭合性胫腓骨骨折,在X线透视下闭合复位外固定架固定,因难获解剖复位,常遗留侧移或轻度成角,负重后易发生再移位。其后不论…
