| 摘 要： | 目的寻求简便、可靠的快速检测霍乱孤菌的方法，以提高霍乱实验室确诊的时效性。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR法和胶体金免疫层析法对珠海市外环境水体、水产品264份标本进行霍乱孤菌快速检测，并与国标方法进行比较。结果264份标本中按国标方法培养和标准诊断血清检测霍乱孤菌12株，阳性率为4．55％；实时荧光定量PCR法检测阳性8份，一致性为0．9924、灵敏度为100％、特异度为99．22％；胶体金免疫层析法检测阳性10份，一致性为0．9848、灵敏度为80．00％、特异度为99．21％。结论两法操作快速，结果准确，一致性好，特异性强、敏感性高，适用于筛查。胶体金免疫层析法稍逊于实时荧光定量PCR法。但两法均不能鉴定菌型，也出现漏检，所以作为疾病的诊断，应以培养法为标准。
