| 摘 要： | 目的 观察家庭康复训练在脑性瘫痪儿童康复中的疗效影响。方法 对首次来院就诊前320例患儿在家的康复训练情况进行回顾性调查分析，对来院就诊后62例患儿仍坚持在家的康复训练情况进行观察分析。结果 来院就诊前未进行家庭康复的总有效率为22％，来院就诊前自行家庭康复的总有效率为48．5％，与来院就诊后仍坚持在家康复训练的总有效率80．6％相比，有显著性差异P〈0．05）。结论 掌握正确规范训练方法的家庭康复训练是一种简单而又经济有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect on children with cerebral palsy by family rehabilitation.Methods Three hundred and twenty cases of CP children who were not treated by hospital rehabilitation were prospected and analysed.And 62 cases of CP children who still insisted on family rehabilitation after seeing a doctor were doserved.Results The effective rate in the group of family rehabilitation which the patients were never treated accounted for 22%,in the group of family rehabilitation 48.5% before seeing a doctor.There was significant difference(P<0.05) among them.Conclusion Family rehabilitation of children with CP is effective,simple and economical,however,the exact training must be grasped. |
