| 硬化剂治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效和追踪观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 本文报告58例肝硬化合并食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血（EVB）注射硬化剂治疗及治疗后6年疗效的追踪观察。治疗成功率为96．6％，两年存活率为78％；6个月至1年再出血率为20％（8／40）中，重度静脉曲线再现率为35．0％（14／40）；两年内再出血率为9．7％（3／31），中、重度静脉曲张再现率为58％（18／31）。定期复查并予以预防性治疗可降低再出血率及曲张静脉再现率。 |

| Abstract: | cases of varcosclerosation of cirrhosis with esophageal and gastric fundus varices bleeding and following a trail for six years were reported by this article.The successful rate was 96.6%.The survival rate for two years was 78% .The rate of repeated bleeding was 20%,seperately from six months to one year and after two years.The reappearance rate of middle and serious grade varices was 35%,9.7% ,58% in turn.So prevention therapy could reduced the rate of repeated bleeding and reappearance of varices following periodic inspection. |
