氨茶碱联合甲基强的松龙治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效观察

目的比较静脉滴注氨茶碱联合甲基强的松龙和静脉滴注氨茶碱治疗支气管哮喘急性期的疗效。方法选择138例轻、中度支气管哮喘患者,随机分为两组。观察组72例,应用氨茶碱0.25g加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml静滴,每日1次,甲基强的松龙40mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液100ml静滴,每日2次;对照组66例,应用氨茶碱0.25g加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml静滴,每日1次。结果观察组显效时间及疗程明显小于对照组（P〈0.05）,总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论静脉滴注氨茶碱加甲基强的松龙治疗支气管哮喘急性期疗效显著,是有效的治疗方法之一。

Curative Effect Observation of the Combined Treatment with Aminophylline and Methylprednisolone for Bronchial Asthma

Objective To compare the curative effect of intravenous drip of Aminophylline plus methylprednisolone and of intravenous drip of Aminophylline only in treating bronchial asthma at acute stage.Methods 138 cases with bronchial asthma at light or moderate stage were randomly divided into 2 groups: observation group(n=72) and control group(n=66);patients in both groups were given intravenous drip of 0.25mg of Aminophylline in 250ml of 5% glucose once a day,and intravenous drip of 40mg of methylprednisolone in 100ml of 5%glucose twice a day was added to patients in observation group.Results The time for excellence and the course of observation group were much shorter than those of control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intravenous drip of Aminophylline plus methylprednisolone is significantly effective for bronchial asthma at acute stage.
