摘    要:
目的研究用阳离子树脂富集纯化两面针中总生物碱的工艺条件。方法以总生物碱的吸附量和解吸率为考察指标,采用UV分光光度法测定两面针中总生物碱的含量,对4种不同型号的阳离子树脂进行评价,并考察最佳工艺和参数条件。结果每g Ls006阳离子树脂对两面针总生物碱最大吸附量为32.90 mg,解吸率为94.78%,总生物碱保留率为47.17%,结晶产品以氯化两面针碱计含量达89.07%,得率大于50%。结论采用该法可以分离得到纯度较高的总生物碱。
