玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

目的：探讨玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：临床上符合膝骨关节炎诊断标准的60例患者。接受关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗，每周1次，5周为1个疗程。观察治疗前后患者的疼痛、膝关节活动情况。结果：60例中缓解18例（30％），显效27例（45％），有效9例（15％），无效6例（10％），有效率90％。治疗过程中未发现严重的毒副反应。结论：玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效确切，不良反应轻且少，值得推广应用。

Clinical study of intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Objective： To assess intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 60 cases who met the criteria for knee osteoarthritis were received the treatment of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate, once a week for 5 consecutive weeks. Data of pain and ability of movement in all patients were collected before and after treatment. Results： The cases and the percentages of clinical remission, markable effect, effect and invalid were 18 cases （30%）,27 cases （45%）, 9 cases （15%）, 6 cases （10%）,the efficacy rate was 90%. No serious toxic orside effect was observed during the period of treatment. Conclusion： Intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate satisfactorily benefited the patients with knee osteoarthritis without any servious side effect, so the method is wothy of application and popularization.
