摘    要:目的建立足叶乙苷脂质体的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,以Phenomenex Synergi C18柱(4.6 mm×250μm,5μm)为色谱柱;甲醇-0.2%NaAc-HAc缓冲液为流动相;流速:1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长:285 nm,进样量:20μl。结果足叶乙苷线性范围为10.5~210 mg.L-1,加样回收率为99.90%;精密度符合要求。结论HPLC测定法稳定可靠,可用于足叶乙苷脂质体中的药物含量测定方法。

Abstract:Aim To develop an HPLC assay for the determination of etoposide in liposomes.Methods The sample was analyzed on a Phenomenex Synergi C18 column by using methanol-water-0.2%NaAc as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was at 285 nm with a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1.Results The linear range was from 10.5 to 210 mg·L-1.The recovery ratio was 99.90% and precision fits the requirements.Conclusions HPLC method can be suitable for determination of etoposide liposomes.
