成人及少儿凝血四项参考值的制订及比较

目的尝试制订平顶山地区的成人及少儿的凝血四项参考值范围。方法从本院的体检中心抽取健康成年人的血浆,从相关科室中做术前准备的少儿中抽取血浆,用Trombolyzer CompactX血凝仪进行测试,然后用SPSS10．0软件分析。结果无论是成年人或者是少儿,凝血四项参考值在性别之间差异无统计学意义;但在成年人及少儿之间,除了凝血酶时间（TT）值（P值：0．39）外,其他各项比较差异有统计学意义（P值：0．00,0．00,0．00,0．02）。结论每个实验室应建立自己的凝血四项参考值,成人及少儿应分别制订。

Establishment and comparing of reference value range on coagulation tests between the adult and the juvenil

Objective To make out the referenc value range of coagulation between the adult and the juvenil in Pingdingshan. Methods Collecting the plasms from the physical examination center and in -patient department, the specimens were examinated through Trombolyzer Compact X, analysed using SPSS 10.0 for windows. Results As to the adult and the youth respectively, there was no significant differences between males＇ and females＇ value. Compared between the adult and the juvenil, the differences were significant（ P value：0.00,0.00,0.00,0.02） apart from TY value（ P ：0.39）. Conclusions The reference value limit of coagulation test ought to be set up at each clinical laboratory, particularly, made out respectively according to the age.
